  We had a really good experience at the Dorset Gardens last week. I've only rated it 4 stars because it is an older motel but, it served it's purpose well. We were very comfortable, the place was clean and housekeeping came the following mornings to change our towels and toiletries. The bar fridge had pots of milk inside, and there was a kettle and biscuits as well as tea & coffee on hand. We best describe this place as having character, it had a 1960's/70's feel to it. The beds were really comfortable and having a bath tub to soak in after long days out was lovely. Having aircon was also nice, the room was really good value for money. The casino in the main building had a restaurant and the bar served food all day. We at the chicken parmigiana, and the meal was enough for two. A generous serving for a fair price. Nice service at reception and free wifi.
